SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. In the unlikely event that you happen to be based outside the 200 countries we service, we will be in touch promptly and if we cannot get the order to you, you will of course receive a full, immediate refund.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. LTAH LTD are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Once you have this, you can track the progress of your delivery on our Track My Order page.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

Does not apply to FREE shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
